Return Policy

Since each product is made to order, we do not accept returns for reasons such as “change of mind.” However, under EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods.

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  
  
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  
  
• Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

If the item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@poke-mosaics.com, including clear photos of the item and packaging.
